SECTION I: ELIGIBILITY ATTESTATION

I hereby attest and affirm under penalty of perjury that:

  1. I am a former member of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, or Space Force)
  2. I served honorably and was discharged under conditions other than dishonorable
  3. All information provided regarding my military service is true and accurate
  4. I understand that false attestation may result in immediate termination of services

SECTION II: SERVICE LIMITATIONS & UNDERSTANDING

I acknowledge and understand that:

  1. This is a free, basic website service with limited features and functionality
  2. Beebe Hill reserves the right to determine website specifications, templates, and limitations
  3. No ongoing maintenance, hosting, or technical support is guaranteed beyond initial setup
  4. Service may be discontinued at any time at Beebe Hill's sole discretion
  5. This service does not create any ongoing business relationship or obligation

SECTION III: COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY WAIVER

I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE Beebe Hill, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to:

  • Website functionality, performance, or downtime
  • Loss of data, content, or business opportunities
  • Security breaches or unauthorized access
  • Third-party integrations or external services
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

SECTION IV: INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Beebe Hill from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • My use of the website or services provided
  • Content I provide or publish through the website
  • Any violation of laws or third-party rights
  • Any misrepresentation in this agreement

SECTION V: ADDITIONAL TERMS
